One Kingdom Ethos operates under the full function of the fivefold ministry — apostles, prophets, evangelists, pastors, and teachers — for the purpose of equipping and maturing the Body of Christ in the marketplace. However, participation in any One Kingdom Ethos program, study, event, or community does not replace or serve as a substitute for local church affiliation, pastoral covering, or traditional congregational care.
We are called specifically to minister to individuals who have received a divine assignment in the marketplace — Kingdom Builders, entrepreneurs, professionals, and leaders who are being equipped to carry their faith into every sphere of life and industry. Our focus is purpose, identity, biblical foundation, and Kingdom function in the everyday world.
While we provide Spirit-led teaching, prophetic insight, and community rooted in covenant relationship, we strongly encourage all participants to maintain or seek a local church home for the full expression of their spiritual life — including pastoral care, sacraments, counseling, and congregational fellowship that falls outside the scope of our ministry assignment.
